Your Access Key is a unique code in the format IRON-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that proves you have an active subscription. It's like a password for the ticket form — without a valid key, you can't submit tickets. Every subscriber gets one automatically after completing a purchase.
Simply choose a plan on our pricing page, complete the checkout through Stripe's secure payment system, and your Access Key will be displayed immediately on the confirmation screen. You'll also need it for every future visit — we recommend copying and saving it somewhere safe.
Credits are the unit of access used to submit a ticket. One ticket = one credit. You get credits based on your plan:

Trial: 25 credits per month ($1.99/mo)
Starter: 1,000 credits per month ($59.00/mo)
Pro: 4,000 credits per month ($149.00/mo)

Credits auto-reset with each new billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
When your credits reach zero, the ticket form will prevent new submissions until your next billing cycle begins and credits are refreshed, or until you upgrade your plan. You can always check your remaining credits in the top bar of the ticket form.
Yes. If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan through your Stripe customer portal (look for the "Manage Billing" link in your purchase receipt email). Your new credit balance will take effect on your next billing cycle.
If a renewal payment doesn't go through (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), you have a 3-day grace period during which your access continues uninterrupted. After those 3 days, your credits are zeroed out and you'll need to update your payment method to restore access. When payment succeeds, your credits are immediately restored.
Contact us with the email address you used during checkout. We'll look up your subscription and provide your key. Always recommend saving your key in a secure location when it's first shown to you.
Yes, your key is linked to your account's credit pool. Anyone with the key can submit tickets, but every submission consumes one credit from your shared pool. If your team uses credits quickly, consider the Starter plan with 1,000 credits per month.
Our AI runs a multi-source research pipeline, pulling data from manufacturer manuals, official documentation, technical forums, and knowledge bases specific to your device. It then filters noise and delivers a synthesized step-by-step answer — not just a list of links.
Absolutely. Your tickets, screenshots, and support data stay on our infrastructure. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not share information with third parties. File attachments uploaded with your ticket are automatically deleted after processing.
